We see our main task as condominium administrator is to secure the value of your property. Communities of owners need manager services. We take care of this task by (i) representing the communities vis-à-vis the authorities, (ii) providing the necessary payments and levies for you as your administrator, (iii) and taking care of the ongoing maintenance of a proper property condition. We offer a range of administrative and facility management/technical tasks.
